Beef Tacos

Beef Tacos- Printable Version

Ingredients:

small flour or corn tortillas
lettuce (shredded)
tomatoes (diced)
cheese (grated)
ground beef
taco seasoning
sour cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
  2. Drain the fat and then add taco seasoning.
  3. Prep the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  4. Fill tortillas with the meat and toppings.

Notes:

We eat Mexican food at least once a week. Nachos, tacos, and quesadillas are a few of our favorites.

I will also share Chris’ famous refried bean dip. It’s the easiest dip ever! … Take one can refried beans and heat in a small pan on the stove. Top with freshly grated cheese (pepper jack or monterey jack). Serve with chips! YUM!
