1 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Saute pecans over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add butter and brown sugar and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes or until butter and brown sugar melts and coats the pecans.
- Cool on parchment paper.
I’ve played around with different amounts of butter and brown sugar. One thing I have learned: less butter, more brown sugar. The brown sugar will melt over the pecans without much butter at all.
