Candied Pecans

Candied Pecans- Printable Version

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Saute pecans over medium heat for a few minutes.
  2. Add butter and brown sugar and mix well over medium heat for a few minutes or until butter and brown sugar melts and coats the pecans.
  3. Cool on parchment paper.

Notes:

I’ve played around with different amounts of butter and brown sugar. One thing I have learned: less butter, more brown sugar. The brown sugar will melt over the pecans without much butter at all.
