Salsa- Printable Version


1/2 onion (any kind)
2 jalapenos (de-seeded) (leave some seeds if you like things spicy!)
2 bell peppers
3/4 cup cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 can Rotel or diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
juice from 1 lime


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until well mixed.
  3. Serve with chips.


I LOVE salsa! Every time I make it, it turns out a little different. Add a little more or a little less of anything. Or add something that isn’t even on the ingredient list! You really can’t go wrong (at least I think you can’t go wrong).
